O.T. which stands for "Other Things" was a non-alcoholic cordial popular in the early 1900s up until about WWII, particularly amongst members of the Temperance Movement, although it has also been stated that it was a great mixer to add to a sneaky nip or two of spirits!
We don’t know what O.T. tasted like and the exact recipe was a closely guarded secret, but we do know the main ingredients were chilli and lemon, with an emphasis on the chilli.
So our Over The Top (O.T.T) spirit is inspired by these flavours, and at 42% Alc/Vol it adds a spicy heat to a cool glass of lemonade or a kick to your choice of cocktail
